The Seminars will be delivered in person by the speaker at one location and broadcast to all other locations through videoconferencing and through this website by live streaming.

Videoconferencing is a telecommunication technology which allows several locations to be in live audio and visual contact with each other.
How to attend a VENUS Seminar
1. Create an account on the VENUS Seminars website (please do this well before the seminar begins) you will receive an email with your login and password
2. Book your seat for the seminar you want to attend. Go to Seminars , agenda and book your seat, at one of the suggested locations. You have the choice between going to a classroom, auditorium or lecture hall in your country (select the name and place from the list), or attending from any Internet enabled computer with a reliable and fast connection (select live stream).
3. After you have booked your seat you will receive a confirmation by email: when booked for attendance in an auditorium, please print the email and take the confirmation with you to the seminar. When booked for the live stream, the email contains the url, where you can connect to the live stream online, from the moment when the seminar starts.
Live streaming
If you cannot come to any of the videoconferencing locations, you can watch the lecture through streaming technology on the Internet from your own home, anywhere in the world!
Streaming means that the lectures are broadcast live on the website. Through a special chat function, you can even ask the speaker questions from your own living room!
How to watch the live stream:
1. Go to home
2. Create an account REGISTER (please do this some time before the seminar begins) you will receive an email with your login and pasword
3. Book your seat for the online stream for the seminar you want te attend. Go to Seminars , agenda and book your seat, by choosing live stream.
4. When you booked for the live stream, you will get an url, by email, where you can surf to when the live stream starts online.
5. Important Note for the Live Stream: To watch the live stream you need to have QuickTime player installed as well as Java. You can download QuickTime for free at http://www.apple.com/nl/quicktime/download/win.html
